		<description>As we alll do, we think we know best when attempting to gain acceptance in a new area.  Listen to your mentors, research your area thoroughly before putting pen to paper (so to speak)and never let criticism get you down.  Identify which criticism is genuine helpful comment and which is just &quot;hot air blowers&quot; who feel they have to critique others to cover their own inadequacies.  Keep up the good work Fran.</description>
